Convention Location & Housing
The Hilton West Palm Beach is directly connected to the Palm Beach County Convention Center, where the Convention & Expo will take place, via a covered walkway.
Attendees should closely monitor all travel alerts issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Participants should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. RIA will not be responsible for any airline cancellation or change fees should you be unable to attend for any reason.
Session Handouts
Speaker-provided session handouts will be made available online to registered participants following the event. Attendees will receive an email including a link to access any speaker-provided handouts. Photographing and/or recording sessions or presentations is prohibited.
WIFI
Basic internet access for checking email and web browsing is available in the convention center meeting spaces.
Badges
You must wear your badge at all times. Note, exhibitors may ask to scan the code on your badge in order to send you information or contact you after the event. The choice of consenting to this lead retrieval or declining to do so is entirely up to you.
CE Credit
The convention survey will be available in the mobile app at the end of the event. You must complete the survey to receive the CE earned through participation.
If you are applying for CECs from any partner organization, you will need to submit those according to their guidelines. Please note, that if you are 15 minutes or later, you will NOT receive credit for that session.
Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all RIA events. Because temperatures in the hotel will vary, we encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort.
