The Palm Beach County Convention Center is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of the center's website for all those with disabilities. The center is currently working with its website provider to ensure implementation over time of the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA- WCAG 2.0 AA as its web accessibility standard, which will also bring into further conformance with the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board - Section 508. We are dedicated to testing the website on a periodic basis with assertive assistive technology such as screen readers and screen magnifiers, and with users with disabilities who use these technologies.
Below are some of the steps we are taking under our accessibility policy:

- The Palm Beach County Convention Center will conduct a website accessibility audit in conjunction with its website provider and make specific recommendations/adjustments to facilitate website accessibility and conformance with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
- On an ongoing basis, the center will conduct periodic website accessibility audits, as well as end-user accessibility testing and evaluation of its website, conducted in order to provide prioritized feedback to the center regarding conformance with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
